Return & Refund Policy — Mirsarai Online

At Mirsarai Online, we strive to provide high-quality internet services. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to clarify how refunds and service returns are handled for our subscribers.

All one-time installation charges (OTC) are non-refundable. Subscribers are responsible for paying monthly line rent or subscription fees on a prepaid basis. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of service.

Subscribers requesting to stop their internet service must complete a short formality at least one month in advance. After unsubscribing, Mirsarai Online will retrieve all cables, devices, and equipment provided to establish the connection. Subscribers must ensure these items are returned in proper condition.

Refunds are provided only if Mirsarai Online fails to deliver the subscribed service as per the agreed plan, in line with BTRC’s Grade of Service (GoS) guidelines. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

Mirsarai Online is not responsible for damages caused by electric short circuits, lightning strikes, or other external factors affecting equipment. Subscribers are encouraged to use surge protection to safeguard devices.

By subscribing to Mirsarai Online services, you agree to comply with all payment obligations and acknowledge that all policies regarding installation charges, line rent, refunds, and equipment return are binding.

This Return & Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of Mirsarai Online services constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
